Sky diving

Fancy jumping out of a plane from 13,000ft to raise funds for charity? Well Vista can make this happen!

All jumpers will need is a £60 deposit per person booked to secure their space and nerves of steel. We ask individual jumpers to fundraise a minimum of £500 for the jump, but this includes the cost of the jump.

For more information, please call the Fundraising team on 0116 249 8801 or email fundraising@vistablind.org.uk.

Please note the following points: The minimum age for sport parachuting is 16 years. For those less than 18 years of age, signed consent from a Parent or Guardian is required on both a British Parachute Association 'Declaration of Fitness to Parachute' form and a BPA Membership Agreement before training commences. If any participant is 40 years of age or over, or you have suffered from any of a range of medical conditions, you must obtain written approval from your Doctor on a British Parachute Association 'Declaration of Fitness to Parachute' form before commencing training. If any participant is 55 or over, you will not normally be accepted for solo parachute training (Basic Skydiving or Accelerated Freefall) unless you have previous experience or are of a high standard of physical fitness. You must talk to the Langar Airfield Chief Instructor in this case.
