Casual Charity Shop Assistant Manager

In this role you will;

·        Maximise sales of donated goods to achieve targets

·        Support and manage volunteers

·        Assist sourcing, sorting, pricing, merchandising and display of donated goods

·        Ensure all shop administration is completed

With ambitious income targets in the coming year, you will also play a key role in establishing Vista’s presence in Oakham and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a retail environment, with experience and understanding of working to sales and profit targets. Experience of working within the charity sector and managing volunteers is desirable but not essential.
