We are searching for two ambitious Community and Corporate Fundraisers who can build and develop strong relationships in the community. With responsibility for all local fundraising activity, you will develop new fundraising streams and recruit, manage and develop our local supporters.

With challenging fundraising targets to meet, in this role you will;

·        Increase the number of corporate partners we have

·        Build new fundraising groups

·        Maximise the impact of all supporter events

·        Motivate and reward our existing supporters

·        Inspire new fundraisers via new fundraising campaigns and activities

The successful candidates will have experience in meeting ambitious targets and building strong relationships and networks. We are looking for candidates with great skills in communications, influencing and negotiating, who are able to build long standing, mutually beneficial relationships on behalf of Vista.  Ideally you will have experience of the charity sector in a corporate or community fundraising position and understand what motivates supporters.

We would ideally like the successful candidates to work 3 days per week, one to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and the other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

The salary for this role includes a market allowance that is reviewed on a fixed 2-yearly basis.
