Keyworkers - Work.Live.Leicestershire

Work.Live.Leicestershire (WiLL) is a £2.4m programme funding by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund working with people who are economically inactive and unemployed living in rural Leicestershire.  

WiLL helps people to improve their health and wellbeing, gain skills and work experience, and have improved confidence, motivation and social engagement, that enables them to move into job search, training, or employment.

The programme is a partnership of 8 organisations from Leicestershire with Vista leading the programme. The programme runs from January 2019 - June 2020.

Vista is seeking full time Keyworkers to support individual participants on the Work.Live.Leicestershire programme from entry to exit of the programme. This will facilitate them to move into or closer to employment, training or job search.

Essential skills:

·        Experience of working in a keyworker type post.

·        Experience of working with adults from a range of backgrounds

·        Experience in working across organisations and supporting people in a variety of activities.

·        of meeting targets.

·        IT experience, including MS Office applications, and email/internet, 

This is a fixed term post until June 2020, we would ideally like to successful candidate to join us in March 2019.
