Visual Impairment Awareness Training
Vista's Visual Impairment Awareness training offers practical learning to ensure your services and information comply with the Equality Act 2010 by being accessible for people with sight loss. We can deliver training for up to 20 people and prices start from £195*.
Through basic or tailor-made training Vista aims to dispel myths and raise awareness of sensory impairment in order to promote the independence, well-being and social inclusion for people with a visual or dual-sensory loss.
Learning is experiential and participants will take from the sessions the confidence, and practical skills, to be able to support visually impaired people in the future. Participants receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.
