Community Day Services
These day services have been especially designed for older frailer people, with sight loss, who need extra support to look after themselves. The Community Day services provides invaluable respite to carers and family members. There is specialist team on hand to support people with sight loss, their friends or family member to develop new interests, friendships, activities and enjoy days out.
The service runs on Monday, Tuesday and Friday and offer great entertainment and a hot lunch in a supportive and cheerful environment. This service includes transport.
Costs: £31.50 per session.
