Correspondence and Administrative Support
This service has been specially developed for people with sight loss who are unable to access important mail. This service is ideal if you need help to access important letters, bills or just occasionally have some support to read benefit or self assessment forms. This service will provide you with a trained professional who will read your mail word for word and ensure that you understand the content of your mail.
This service is totally confidential and can be purchased from Vista as one off support or as a more regular service should you wish.
Costs: £21.50 per hour
