Specialist Communication and Guide Support
This support service is a one-to-one provision for people with a sight loss or sight and hearing loss. It is provided by our specialist Guide Communicators who are highly trained in a variety of guiding and communication techniques. A team of Guide Communicators will support people with shopping trips, getting out and about, meeting friends, or going to college.
The service is personal, professional and confidential. You can buy this service on an ad hoc basis or for longer term support. You might be eligible for some funding towards this service.
Costs £21.50 per hour
