Update on our planning for Covid-19 from Chief Executive - Susan Hoath

Published on 18th March 2020 in General

Hello

I am sure you have all heard a lot of information about Coronavirus (also called covid-19) and I appreciate this may be a worrying time for you. I want to update you about what Vista is doing.

Our priority is to maintain a service for the people we support and care for, although the way we deliver this service may change over the coming days and weeks as we have to respond to changing advice, so please be aware that some support services may be disrupted.

At this time our office, homes and shops remain open, although there may be less staff there than normal and this situation may change.

If you or anyone in your household has a new, persistent cough or fever they must self-isolate themselves and their household for 14 days (or 7 days if they live alone). If you are worried please talk to friends and family or contact NHS 111, your local council support team or you can call us on 0116 249 8839.

Stay safe and well everybody,

Best wishes,

Susan
