Vista opened its doors for an Amazing Maze Day

On Thursday 20th February, we welcomed families that we support through our Children’s Services and staff with their children to our head office at 16 New Walk to complete a secret mission to find Chief Executive Susan Hoath, who had been taken by ‘aliens.’

Children and parents were all invited to the Maze Day, whereby the office was turned into a spaceship with a Maze made from cardboard which children had to work their way through, going from planet to planet, completing their mission book by taking part in a variety of challenges and games to save Susan.

Carrie Nice, Vista’s Children’s Activity Coordinator said;

“It was a great day bringing together the children we support and staff’ children to work together to find our Chief Executive, Susan Hoath. It took a lot of hard work to build the maze but it was worth every second to see the excited look on the children’s face when they came in and luckily Susan was saved from the aliens”

None of this would have been possible without, our amazing volunteers, and the families who came to visit and all our staff at head office. What a great day, thank you to everyone who got involved.
