We are pleased to announce that Julie, who retired from her role as manager at New Wycliffe in January 2021, has gone on to the Great British Care Awards National Finals which take place on Saturday 25th September 2021.

Julie has progressed to the national finals after being awarded 'The Care Home Registered Manager Award' at the Great British Care Awards - East Midlands Regional Awards.

She has made an incredible contribution to Vista, creating a happy and caring home for our residents over many years. Julie has not left Vista entirely though and is now working in our admissions team.

Julie Rudd, part of the admissions team at Vista said:

“It was an honour to make it to the regional awards and now we’ve made it to the national awards, I can’t believe it!”

Steve Payne, Director of Care and Services at Vista said:

"I am delighted that Julie has made it to the final of The Great British Care Awards following her regional success, I wish her well in the final, she deserves the recognition for the hard work she puts into her role."
