Lynda's Story

For around 40 years, Vista has been part of Lynda’s life.

After being diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa and living with hearing loss since birth, Lynda speaks about how Vista helped her rebuild confidence, regain independence and stay connected to the world around her. 

Through support, trips out, shopping and time with friends, she has found community and belonging. 

She shares that without Vista, life would feel very different... more isolated, more uncertain. Stories like Lynda’s remind us why this work matters.
