Thomas & Julie's Story

Julie and Thomas have been part of Vista since Thomas was very young. 

At the beginning, Julie admits she found everything overwhelming. Even getting out of the house to attend sessions felt like a big step.

With support from Vista, those early experiences slowly became routine. What once felt difficult became familiar, a place they could go, where they knew what to expect.

Over time, that consistency has helped Thomas grow in confidence. From small moments like getting in and out of the building, to trying new activities, Julie says it’s made a huge difference.

For her, it’s about making sure Thomas doesn’t miss out. Just having the chance to try things.
