This workshop is intended for people with mixed levels of experience. The tutor will ensure that complete beginners get the instructions and support they need, and that those who have some experience will be given more challenging positions. 

This workshop will take place online on Zoom

Your device linking to the internet should have a mic and camera ideally.  A minimum requirement is that you can see and hear the tutor although it is best if the tutor can see and hear you to be able to give feedback on your practice. 

What you will need for the class

Clothing - Wear loose, comfortable clothing in layers

- Space - A space big enough to lie down and reach your arms out to the side and ideally also overhead

- Mat - A yoga mat is ideal but isn't essential.  You could use an exercise mat or the carpet.  The ground shouldn’t be too hard to lie or kneel down on

- Props - Props aren’t essential, but they can be useful to support your practice. Examples include: a blanket, chair, cushion, block and strap.
