Our New Wycliffe Home is planning a beach day – donations needed!

On Thursday 13th August 2020 at 12:00 pm, our New Wycliffe Home is hosting a beach day for its residents and we need your help to make it a success.

Susan Hough, Activities Co-ordinator at our New Wycliffe Home said: “We’ve been working extremely hard to keep spirits up during this difficult time. We’d love to give our residents a surprise treat and transform our residential home into a beach for the day”.

We are hoping to find the following items for our New Wycliffe Home;

  • Tables, chairs, deck chairs, colourful bunting, shells, windmills, flags,
  • Cups and plates
  • Wind breakers, paddling pools, tarpaulin to make beach or sand in paddling pools, sand
  • Sun hats, sun cream, umbrellas, gazebo, towels,
  • Snacks
  • Drinks
  • Soft balls, bat and balls, bubble machine, buckets and spades, kite, inflatable palm trees
  • Flower garlands
  • A speaker for music
