All of Vista services to transfer to BID Services and will be known as Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Sensory Services.

We are pleased to confirm that all of Vista’s services will be transferring to BID Services. This means your services will continue to be delivered without interruption, just by a different organisation.

The services transferring:

• Information, Advice and Guidance
• Eye Clinic Liaison Services
• Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) registration
• Rehabilitation services i.e. mobility and orientation training
• Tech Together
• Children and Young People services
• Meet Ups
• Day Opportunities (support for our Deaf Blind clients)

When will this happen?

Up until Tuesday 5^th May 2026, Vista will continue to deliver services as usual. From 6^th May 2026, these services will be delivered by BID Services and will be known as Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Sensory Services.

What does this mean for you?

If you are currently receiving support, this will continue. The support you receive will not change and you will continue to be supported by the same dedicated people. If you are not currently receiving support but find you need support, please contact Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Sensory Services from 6^th May 2026. While the organisation name will change, the services will remain the same.
