You are really good with people and bringing out the best in them and we are looking for a special person like you to take on this new role and help us get back on our feet after Covid-19. Working in our small People Team, you will help us ensure an accurate HR administration and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the People Department.   

You will be required to work 28 hours per week Monday - Friday (days and hours can be discussed at interview). This is a hybrid-based role, but there is a requirement to work at Head Office at least two days a week.

You must hold CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources (or at least be working towards). Experience of working in the care or charity sector is desirable, but not essential, if you have the right skills, we will provide all the training you need to excel in the role.
