SocialEyes - ZooLab Animal Therapy - Animal Armchair Aerobics
With over 20 years of experience, ZooLab Animal Therapy sessions aim to help stimulate and promote your mental wellbeing.
Animal Armchair Aerobics encourages gentle exercise from the comfort of a chair with ZooLab animals. Guided by your ZooLab Ranger and host of ZooLab animals, this workshop stimulates activity through animal-inspired chair-based movement. You'll also learn interesting, modern and historical facts about the animals you meet on the day.
The cost of taking part is subsidised, thanks to our funders The Masonic Charitable Foundation and Yorkshire Building Society.
Price: £5 per participant
Refreshments are available for a small charge.

Dial-a-ride
Leicester Dial-a-Ride provides accessible transport for people, collecting City Council residents and taking them to the City Centre. The drop off points are Highcross Shopmobility or Haymarket Shopmobility, both are about 10 minutes walk from the café.
