Data and Information Officer

The programme, coordinated by Vista, has, over the last four years, worked with over 6000 people aged 50+ to address social isolation and loneliness in the city. In its final year, we are evaluating the programme’s impact using the information from our partners and are sharing our findings.     

You will be required to work 37 hours per week and will be required to:

1.           Maintain and develop the use of the participant database for accurate reporting to partners, the National Lottery Community Fund, other key stakeholders

2.           Monitor and collate statistical information to meet the requirements of the National Lottery Community Fund and other funders

3.           Ensure control of the central database, audit requirements and a range of  reporting to inform our learning and evaluation

You will need to be:

·        Be educated to A level standard and have minimum GCSE Grade 3 in English and Maths

·        Have experience of working with project data and database management

·        Have excellent knowledge of Excel, with knowledge of SPSS desirable

This is a fixed term post until July 2020, we would ideally like the successful candidate to join us quickly.lexible working arrangements would be considered for the right candidate.
