Keyworker - Work Live Leicestershire

Work Live Leicestershire helps people to improve their health and wellbeing, gain skills and work experience, and have improved confidence, motivation and social engagement, that enables them to move into job search, training, or employment. 

The programme is a partnership of 9 organisations from across Leicestershire with Vista leading the programme. The programme runs from January 2019 - June 2020.

Vista is seeking an additional Keyworkers to join our team and support individual participants on the Work Live Leicestershire programme. This will facilitate them to move into or closer to employment, training or job search. The role involves regular travel across Leicestershire primarily in the areas of North West Leicestershire, Market Harborough, Hinckley and Bosworth and Melton Mowbray.

Essential skills:

·        Experience of working in a keyworker type role.

·        Experience of working with adults from a range of backgrounds

·        Experience in working across organisations and supporting people in a variety of activities.

·        IT experience, including MS Office applications, and email/internet, 

This is a fixed term post until June 2020, we would ideally like to successful candidate to join us as soon as possible.

Part Time (30) hours will be considered; pro rota
