Vista’s Consultation 2023: We want to hear from you!

Published on 7th July 2023 in General

After a challenging few years, Vista is reviewing its plans for the future and we are undertaking a stakeholder engagement and strategy review exercise to make sure that the future direction of the organisation is fit for purpose and well placed to meet the needs of people affected by sight loss in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We really want to make sure that, at a time of so much change and challenge, what we do focus on has a clear purpose and benefit in our local community. We need to think about not only what we do but how and where we do it to continue providing services and support to people affected by sight loss in the most effective and sustainable way.

It is really important that the voice of the people we support, volunteers and partners is heard and that we are able to gather a range of views to help shape our future direction. We are keen to hear from as many people affected by sight loss as possible through our survey and we have a number of options available to enable you to complete this in the way that best suits you. You can tell us your thoughts in several ways:

- Complete our online survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/87TLZYG

Call us on 0116 249 8839 if you need assistance with filling it out.

- Those who have chosen to receive a paper copy as their preferred method of contact from us should get it in the post next week.

The closing date to feed into the consultation is 31st July 2023 so please make sure you get it back to us before then if you want to be included.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us your thoughts, your views are really important to us and will help us to shape Vista’s future.
