Are you super organised, warm and willing to listen?
We are seeking a friendly and efficient administrator to be the first point of contact for people wanting digital support. We work in a hybrid and flexible way, so you can work a pattern that fits with your personal commitments.
New technology and the development of sophisticated accessibility features have resulted in digital devices providing fantastic opportunities for people affected by sight loss. Our Digital Dynamos service supports people with visual impairment to get the most out of their devices, as well as offering a ‘try before you buy’ scheme. People can access peer-support to overcome any barriers to getting online and staying socially connected.
You will have great people skills and will relish the opportunity to support people to overcome day-to-day issues. You care about the possibilities technology can offer and have the skills to motivate people to get involved.
