Vista is an independent, local charity providing information, support and care to people affected by sight loss who live in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have been doing so for over 180 years and are working hard to make sure we will do so for the future too. 

We are looking for a special person to take on this new role to help us get back on our feet after Covid-19 and deliver on our future plans.   Ideally, you will have training and qualifications relevant to the role and experience of working in the third sector, and we will provide all the training you need to excel in the role.

You will, however, need to bring:

-      Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;

-      Ability to work on your own initiative to anticipate and prioritise work and ensure tasks are completed on time;

-      Natural tact and diplomacy with a warm sense of humour.

The salary for this role includes a market allowance that is reviewed on a fixed 2-yearly basis.
