The person chosen will be passionate about supporting people affected by sight loss, enabling them to live independently and realise their ambitions. You will know how to engage with people from all walks of life and work with them to deliver solutions that drive Vista forward.

You will be required to work 30 hours per week flexibly Monday – Friday. There may be a requirement for some evening/weekend work due to the nature of the role. This is a hybrid-based role.

Our new team member will have experience of developing and growing a multitude of income streams with the ability to identify potential opportunities and work alongside senior management to steer strategy. They will be a strong, innovative communicator and be experienced at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Governance, the successful candidate will sit on the Extended Leadership Team and will be a leading voice on driving forward our growth and ensuring financial sustainability.

The Head of Fundraising & Development will lead two teams, fundraising and retail, providing the vision, leadership, and skills which will enable the us to achieve our organisational objectives.
