Make a difference with your time

Our volunteers play a vital role in helping Vista carry out life-changing work for people with sight loss and dual sensory loss in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Your skills, experience and enthusiasm are an important part of everything we do.

Children's services Volunteer

  • Location Based in Leicestershire
  • Hours Evenings/ Weekends and holiday time

We’re looking for volunteers to help with our children’s trips and activities during school holiday times, weekends, and evenings.

Tech Together Volunteer

  • Location Within their local communities in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland
  • Hours Half a day a week/Flexible

We’re looking for Tech Together Volunteers to support people with sight loss by helping them find out more about technology. They will advise and train the people we support in the use of technology and equipment.

Trustee

  • Location Mostly remote; head office is based in Leicester with regular meetings via video call
  • Hours Attend 4 Board meetings annually + at least one strategy/AGM development day per year
