Virtual Activity: Inherited retinal conditions and the work of Retina UK

This talk includes a brief overview of inherited retinal conditions; retinitis pigmentosa, Stargardt disease, Best disease, Leber congenital amaurosis, cone rod dystrophy, rod cone dystrophy. Find out about the relevance of genetic testing, current research into treatments, and insight into the work and support Retina UK offer. There will be a chance for people to ask questions at the end of the talk. 

This session is most relevant for people affected by inherited retinal conditions, where a genetic fault leads to degeneration of the retina. Please note, this talk is not about AMD, diabetic retinopathy, macular hole, detached retina, retinopathy of prematurity etc.
