Natalie joined Vista in 2022 as Director of Finance and Governance, leading on finance strategy, planning and performance as well as charity governance, facilities and IT.

Natalie has worked in charity finance for 15 years, across sectors from refugee care to education and is looking forward to being part of the transformation of Vista over the coming years.

Steve joined Vista in 2006, now Director of Care and Services, his passion and commitment to provide high quality care in our residential homes and community services continues. Using his skills in communication, experience and knowledge his ambitions are to lead Vista and influence society by working in partnership both locally and nationally. Being an expert adviser to the National Institute Clinical Excellence, his aims are to ensure that the needs of those affected by sight loss are met, including accessible information and the built environment.
