Louise has a strong track record of supporting charities to reach more people and deliver more impact for over 20 years. Passionate about the rights and opportunities for people affected by disability, Louise is delighted to have joined Vista as CEO supporting its vital continued development.

Steve Payne

Director of Care and Services, Designated Safeguarding Lead

Steve joined Vista in 2006, now Director of Care and Services, his passion and commitment to provide high quality care in our residential homes and community services continues. Using his skills in communication, experience and knowledge his ambitions are to lead Vista and influence society by working in partnership both locally and nationally. Being an expert adviser to the National Institute Clinical Excellence, his aims are to ensure that the needs of those affected by sight loss are met, including accessible information and the built environment.

Wayne Matts

Interim Director of Finance & Governance

Wayne joined Vista in June 2024 as Interim Director of Finance and Governance, leading on finance strategy, planning and performance as well as charity governance, facilities and IT.

Wayne has worked in charity finance for 10 years, within the hospice sector.

Outside of work, Wayne has been, for the last 12 years, a trustee for a children's charity, recently taking over as Honorary Treasurer. He is married with one son and is an avid supporter of LCFC and Leicester Riders Basketball Club.
