Salary – We pay staff monthly on 24th. All staff are paid a minimum of National Living Wage, regardless of age. Pay is reviewed annually.

Annual leave – our minimum annual leave is 31 days (Pro rata if part time), including 8 bank holidays (32 days in 2022/23 due to an extra bank holiday).

Birthdays – we don’t think anyone should spend their birthday at work, so all staff get the day off (or the next working day) in addition to their annual leave.

Maternity/ paternity, adoption leave and shared leave – Vista provides generous leave above the statutory requirement – 3 months full pay for maternity/ adoption and shared leave. 4 weeks full pay for paternity leave.

Pension – Vista operates a stakeholder pension scheme which staff are auto-enrolled into unless they opt out. Vista contributes a minimum of 3% to this.

Life Assurance – Those in our pension scheme also receive life assurance, paying two times your salary if you die whilst in our employment, offering security to your loved ones.

Sick leave – Vista pays enhanced sick leave dependent on length of service. More details can be found in your employment contract.

Flexible working – Vista strives to offer flexibility to our workforce wherever it is practical, with hybrid working, home working, reduced hours and flexible work patterns all considered.

Employee Assistance programme – offering confidential advice and support 24/7 to you and your family on matters of work, legal, family, relationships and money.

Salary Sacrifice – we offer schemes for buying bikes and mobile phones in a cost-effective way and will honour existing childcare vouchers schemes.

Health care scheme – we will help to pay for optical, dental, therapeutic and medical consultations. We provide free eye tests for all staff, regardless of their role.

Savings scheme – offered through Clockwise credit union, money is taken straight from your salary into savings scheme, the organisation can also give guidance if you are concerned about money.

Discount schemes – as part of the social care workforce you will qualify for a Blue Light Card (www.bluelightcard.com ) and can also sign up to Charity Worker Discounts (Charity worker discounts). Both schemes offer discounts on shopping, eating out, entertainment and more.
