We are currently have the following positions available;
Charity Shop Manager
In this post you will;
· Have experience in retail shop management, ideally in the charity sector; people management skills; stock generation; merchandising and promotion.
· Help in recruiting and developing a volunteer team
· Generate the right stock and welcome customers
· Play a key role in establishing Vista in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas
Assistant Shop Managers throughout our chain of shops which are located in Wigston, Rothley, Oakham, Syston and Loughborough.
In this post you will;
· Have experience of working in a retail environment, with experience and understanding of working to sales and profit targets
· Experience of working within the charity sector and managing volunteers is desirable but not essential.
· Assist with the achievement of shop income targets and generate maximum profits through the sale of donated goods and the effective management of the shop
· Help to raise the profile and awareness of the work of Vista within the local community.
Within both roles we are looking for candidates with great skills in communication and customer service, with the ambition; drive and enthusiasm to make this project a success. You must also be available to work additional hours.
