Vista is an independent, local, charity providing a wide range of support including regulated care and statutory services to people affected by sight loss in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.  We are extremely proud of our history, our current services and our plans for the future and are committed to ensuring that we offer high quality, personalised care and support across the board.

This role is absolutely key to providing support and assurance to us, our Board, our commissioners and the CQC. Working closely with managers and teams and engaging with the people that we support, you will make sure that we maintain high standards and seek to learn from our experiences and mistakes so that can continuously improve.

Our ideal candidate is already working in health or social care and is familiar with the quality frameworks used to assess these.   You bring professional experience and understanding of what good looks like and have excellent communication and listening skills.

We will make sure you get the training and support you need to excel in this role.

Flexible: We need you for about 24 hours a week (0.6 FTE) but we encourage and seek to actively enable flexible working so are open to discussing alternative models including split days or variable hours.
