  • Pay £9.50 per hour

In this role you will;

·        Prepare and cook hot breakfasts, simple hot meals and cakes

·        Produce food to help facilitate a healthy balanced diet

·        Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen

·        Present food and drink in an appetizing way to encourage enjoyment

·        Maintain and clean all kitchen surfaces, fixtures and fittings.

You will be required to work flexibly 20 hours per week Monday – Sunday between the hours of 7.00am – 7.30pm, including bank holidays with the ability to cover for sickness and holidays when required.

You will need a current Food Hygiene Certificate, good verbal communication skills, the ability to work on own initiative, and also to work effectively as part of a team.

Previous catering experience and of working with people in a residential or health setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
