Vista is an independent, local charity providing information, support and care to people affected by sight loss who live in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We have been doing so for over 180 years and are working hard to make sure we will do so for the future too. 

You will be required to work 30-37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the requirement to work some unsocial hours to meet the needs of the service

In this role you will;

·        Manage, maintain and implement information monitoring systems for Service Level Agreements, contracts and projects

·        Continuously review and provide statistical information to assist with service delivery including monitoring specific trigger alerts

·        Collate date arising from all area of Vista’s work and analyse this data

·        Be the main point of contact with our external IT support provider

·        Provide induction training and ongoing informal support to Vista staff on the general use of IT
